On April,22 Latri Nyima Dakpa Rinpoche gave another internet teaching. It was a concise introduction into five elements, their functioning on the outer and inner levels. Rinpoche explained a meditation aimed at harmonizing the elements. It was interesting, useful and inspiring. Thank You, Rinpoche-la!

On April, 18 Latri Nyima Dakpa Rinpoche gave Teachings that were broadcast live. Rinpoche explained the nine purification breaths and gave a general introduction into meditation.
